About Me
“They told me to colour inside the lines. I always found the view more interesting from the outside.” – That pretty much sums up my approach to therapy, and frankly, to life.
I have been in private practice since 2004, working with individuals and organisations, developing, over time and with experience an integrative way of working that is unique as you are, ditching the rigid rules and a one size fits all approach.
My journey into integrative psychotherapy wasn’t a straight and narrow path. It was forged through a deep curiosity about the human spirit, a frustration with simplistic answers, and a belief that true growth often happens when we dare to question the status quo – both within ourselves and in the world around us.
I’ve trained in Humanistic therapies, EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Parks Inner Child Therapy, EFT, Hypnosis, Somatics, Transpersonal and Metaphysical Analysis, working with both adult individuals and couples but I refuse to be confined by them. Integrative therapy allows me the freedom to draw on what truly works for you.
I’m passionate about understanding the unique tapestry of your experiences and helping you weave a new narrative, one where you are the author of your own life. I believe in the power of authenticity, even when it’s messy.
I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I will walk alongside you as we explore the questions that truly matter.
I am here to get real. To explore the uncomfortable truths, the hidden corners, the parts of yourself you might have been told to ignore or suppress. I work with the part of you that’s had enough. For those ready to confront the conditioning, the trauma, the inner prisons that have kept you playing roles that never fit. It’s about finally being seen. Heard. Respected. Especially by you.
The one who knows your healing doesn’t look like polite conversations or colouring inside the lines. You’ve been told to quiet down, stay small, follow the rules but the pain you carry didn’t come from being too much. It came from being invited to betray your truth to survive in a world that fears authenticity. If you’re looking for a therapist who will politely nod and offer generic advice, you’re probably in the wrong place. But if you’re ready to challenge yourself, to confront the things holding you back, and to forge a path that feels authentically yours, then let’s connect.
I understand that taking the first step can feel like a rebellion. It can feel scary and it can invite anxiety, but the journey of healing is a liberating process towards peace.
I look forward to hearing from you.
