About Me

Nikki Heaton Bennett
Dedicated Integrative Counselling Psychotherapist

Bringing years of experience in private practice, I work with a relentless passion to help people become free from restricting, limiting beliefs, a freedom from a challenging childhood and old trauma wounds.

The challenges you are experiencing today may be influenced or shaped by experiences from the past. It is time to let these go. My approach is to go back to the beginning and to come forward, to walk with you as you release old patterns of behaviours, wounds and thought patterns to help you embrace a positive future.

By integrating years of learning and experience, I offer therapeutic sessions by blending different approaches around what each individual client needs at that time. I have found that no singular approach works for client’s as we are complex human beings with complex needs. This means we need an integrated, flexible approach to meet the needs of a client within each session for positive, lasting change.

I approach my work as a dedicated professional bringing a down to earth, relatable quality to the sessions. My clients report feeling safe, heard and appropriately challenged in their patterns of thinking. My professional experience involves working extensively with trauma and abuse. I have provided therapeutic intervention to high schools, the police, social care, teachers, employment assistance programmes, councils, large corporate organisations’ and private clients.

Finding the right therapist for you can be challenging in itself, so I offer a free, 30 minute, initial session whereby you can meet with me, either online or in person, to establish as to whether you feel comfortable with me as a therapist.

There is no obligation to continue, you can go and have a think about it then just get in touch if you want to book in.

I look forward to meeting with you soon

Warm regards

Nikki
