We, walk, stumble, trip, wobble and sometimes fall through life, managing the best we can in any situation without a ‘how to’ life manual. There are times, that we may reach a point when the collection of experiences becomes too much to carry. If we do not seek help or address these moments then the mind, as well as the body, will bring you to a standstill so you can not avoid what needs to be addressed, anymore. Bringing years of experience plus a wide range of training into the sessions, we will take a walk through your life to look at what has brought you here. We will look at how to ‘put down’ what is no longer needed but take the learnings forward to enrich our future. Our work together will be collaborative. This is about investing in yourself because you matter.
